  Rebirth / Far Cry 3

  So my PS3 is back and better than ever with a brand new 500 gig hard drive. I'm really excited; thought I lost it for a moment. Lately I have become a practitioner / ps3 surgeon changing parts and doing internal cleaning; which is recommended but hardly ever mentioned. Suprisisingly i felt a huge loss while not being able to play my no.1 ps3 even tho I had no.2 right there. I have 2 ps3's and 2 copies of Black Ops II and GT5 if a friend comes over and wants to join the mayhem or enter a race. Didn't fully understand the science behind swapping PS3 internal storage memory but it was not the easiest task. Its a shame sony can't make these things simpler and less time consuming.

  The real inspiration for todays blog is Far Cry 3. To be more specific its main antagonist and narcissistic character Vaas. Vaas is a madman but a likeable one. I enjoy those moments when he appears and just makes the main character's life miserable. His intensity and entheausiasm is just a joy to watch. Michael Mando does a wonderfull job of exploiting Vaas' paranoia and craziness. I came across a few videos on his youtube channel that were completely hillarious. Mando's 'Vaas' performance is notably legendary and sadistic almost on Heath Ledger 'Joker' proportions. Lol

  In loving memory

  Last night I mourned the loss of my Phillip 'aka Slim' Sears III (PSIII for short) internal storage memory. i noticed shortly after playing Assassins Creed III on Dec 20th that my Ps3 began running really slow; not to mention the audio problems that AC III was known for. after a reformat the problem still persisted. Last night it crashed for the last time. It will be surely missed. Corronors could not really determine the cause of death and an autopsy had to be performed.

  Slim is survived by:

  Andre (His controller and mentor), Dark Souls, Gran Turismo 5, Skyrim, Borderlands 2, and numerous other titles and family members. Funeral services will be held at Assassins Creed Funeral Home and burial at the Blue Garbage Can in the front. May he rest in peace.
