    One week in Africa

It has been a while since I blogged, mainly because I moved to Africa for 5 months I arrived well and I have been here for 8 days now. I never been further from home then were I am now. The country is amazing, the weather is perfect, loads of sun. The house I am staying in is really big (I sleep there with 10 other students). Really good people, most of them are very friendly.

I have been to the university I am studying at for five days. Haven't done much, just sorting out student, parking and library passes. But all of that is settled so next week I can start my project.

We did some cool stuff here allready: we planted some trees for some poor people, canoed on a lake, went to a club called manhatton, went to a big mall where you can buy everything that you would be able to get in Europe (even a 360 I was concidering it for a minute ). They also sold these, I think Jonas will like them

today we went paintballing. We played three games with paintball. First one was capture the flag (there was one flag in the middle and two teams). I killed two and I got killed twice and our team lost. The second game we played capture the base (2 flags, if one team gets the enemy flag to there own base they win) I got seven kills I had the perfect spot on a tower and I flanked some guys, I only got killed once and our team won. The last game was elimination, each guy had two lives, I was really carefull and at the beginning I didn't get any kills, at the end I got two guys and I didn't die once, but I was out of bullets and out of money It wasn't clear which team one Paintballing was Great fun and I didn't do too bad

Tonight we will go BBQing, so that is gonna be fun too. I am hungry allready. I might post some photos later, so how have you guys been

    Goodbye 360, hello Africa

Ok I am almost going to africa, one more night and then I will leave to the cradle of mankind. My summer holiday was pretty meh, cause I worked a lot. But I had some good times too. The last days I have been packing my stuff and playing my 360 a lot. Especially CoD4, that game still hasn't gotten old on me. I just prestiged for the 3th time I have also replayed Gears of War with a GS friend, DarkGamingDude. We did pretty well, but he seemed to have some problems in the cart section in act 3 We had a blast though. I also played some GTA IV and GH3 with GameShark5, which was loads of fun too.

So yeah I am gonna miss playing 360 with my friends, but it is for the better good. Africa is gonna be insane. I have no idea what to expect, but I am really curious how things will work out. I am staying in a house with a pool, with 2 friends and 7 other students. So I hope they are good people I am going on safari in the 3th week of September. I am looking forward to see some lions and maybe wrestle a few

My gaming will be put on hold, but I will bring my PSP so I can still game from time to time. But I got this feeling I won't miss it all that much, since there is so much other stuff going on to keep me busy. I wil still be on GS too, to keep in touch and to see what good games I am missing. I will keep you guys posted about the journey to Africa.

    Take care everybody
