  WW2 Games- Haven't we had enough!!!

  The first fps I ever played was Medal of Homour Frontline on the PS2 and I must admit I was completley taken aback by the amazing graphics and at the same time I learned to respect those men who landed and defended the Normandy Beachead. The D-Day landing was the first level of the game and I still enjoy playing it again and again.

  I have since played at least 30 games which have been related to WW2 the most recent being Cod 5 World at War and Battlefield 1943. I have to say I was impressed with Cod 5's graphics and strong story but I have to admit it all seemed like I had played it before.

  This brings me to wonder, how many more WW2 games can we take before people just stop caring and the genre dies out. This is why I think new releases like Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2 will eventually replace WW2 games completley.

  Will we ever be bored of WW2 games and I feel curious as to how Germans feel when theese games are released and are major hits and if any of these games have ever been banned in Germany.
