Why does/did everyone hate the 3DO??
My 3DO got me through some tough times before I got the Dreamcast and Playstation. It was stylish (to me) and sleek. Good and bad (well terrible) games just like other systems. But, unlike other systems, it had a headphones jack in the control (which I still miss). TV volume down, headphones on, listening to the "HALT!!" of Wolfenstein or the sound of a cacodemon around the corner in Doom. I still have mine with all the games a could find. Not very popular so I didn't find all the games I wanted on it. Anyway, it's still one of my favorite systems. Logged many, many hours on it. Well, that's my rant.
