Dmc: Let's clear the air (Demo review and Rant)

So this is my review of the demo and my rant about the About the changes. review first

DMC now I have to say before i Start I am a huge fan of the original series (not a fanboy), Dmc Demo is very entertaining, the look of the environment is surprising excellent. ninja theory really brought their A-game with the look of the game, from the monster to the green vials they all are refreshing and new to see. the cutscenes feel like that of a modern day dante. the controls of the camera aren't bad either, but a targeting system that also rotate the camera would be nice. as for the battle controls they are different than the other Dmc games and that may cause some problem for the first few mission. but once you get use to them, you feel more in control of Dante. the steps that Capcom and Ninja Theory have taken (concerning the mechanics of the game) are wonderful and its on the right track. for the demo I give it a 3.8 of 5.

    Now my rant..

If I close my eyes and listen to a cutscene i feel like my playing devil may cry but this new dante just isn't him. I really enjoyed the demo but i felt that the old dante should be here. And from what I know of the story so far I'm not too happy with it. half angel half demon isn't right. the fact that dante was half human gave him some humanity. you made emotional moments better. The love hate relationship between him and his brother is a good example. If this was another game not dmc it would be wonderful but something seem off when playing the demo. As far as Vergil goes, I'm glad to see him, but not happy with his role. the dlc really not happy with that because of how earlier on disc DLC was announced. And Also i feel its not a good way to present it since this game is a reboot. A good compay like Namco. was make it free or charge no more than afew dollars for it. I want dmc to live on but with the orginal story.
