    Are emulated games and or Roms legal?

    I am wondering from the point of view of a owner of some privious Sega CD games. If any of you owned a Sega cd then you know that the games scratched easier than any other system known to man and it would be neat to be able to play those games again.

    So, is it legal to download games you use to own but can't play anymore because they disc is ruined? Is it legal to download games you never owned because some games and system are not available even on ebay?

    *If you believe this post is not appropriate to be posted on gamespot please let me know and I will delete it promptly. I just don't remember seeing it listed on the rules. I saw it said copyrighted Roms but I am not sure if all roms are copyrighted or even if any are.

    Lego Back to the Future and hoverboard

    I was in Gamestop today to buy the new Ratchet and Clank game and was talking to the clerk there about upcoming games and he told me how he wanted to get that game. Then we saw a Tony Hawk section and they have what looks like the hover board from Back to the Future 2. Its not the same colors or anything but it looks like it. Then we talked about the lego games and he said how he wanted a new Lego game to be about the Back to the future movies. I think that that would be an awesome game and the hover board is cool too.

    When were Pt trophies taken out?

    I was playing a new PSN game and I noticed that if I beat the game there was no Platnium trophies that were offered. Anyone else notice that not all the trophies are being added to all the games. I don't have a problem with it because the developers can do what they want, its just it took me a little by surprise. Does anyone know if this has been going on a while.
