All About TheFarwind
13Dec 08K, this is a short one. I've downloaded the G.E.C.k. and right now am about half way done building the vault for the first tutorial. As soon as i finish this i think im going to add a new vault city into the game, but I can't decide where i should put it. I'd like it somewhere in the basement of a building in the capital wastes, but considering that i plan on having the rogue faction of the enclave occupy the capitol building, im not sure exactly where i want to put it.
I don't have much to say other than that I'm waiting for the G.E.C.k to come out for fallout 3. I thought the game had a...very limited ending, and I want to add a few things. **SPOILERS** My plan right now is to add a new option when talking to the col., In which you convince him to take charge as president and seperate himself from the current Enclave. im not sure if im going to make this option availiable to everyone or just those who blew up the president. Im also going to create the option to send Fawkes in there to start the machine if he's following you, since he is unaffected by the radiation. Honestly, the idea of the neutral no longer seems to exist anymore in games, and by doing this i hope to add a less self sacrificial, more intelligent solution to the problem that doesn't paint your character as a coward.
After Watching market trends in the United states and all the press releases concerning the PS3's big games, I cant say the Future looks bright for their company. When It comes down to which system the shopper decides to buy, one of the largest deciding factors is what they can get from this particular system compared to the other systems. And now, Sony has lost the largest percentage is user trust out of the three systems simply because they are failing to keep their Exclusives In their Domain. With the Loss of the exclusive market for Final Fantasy, and most recently Tekken 6, to Xbox, Two of the largest IP's controlled by Sony have been lost, and while there are a few others that may still attract the customers, It's going to be hard to make up for those two ringers. This line of gaming systems is not going to last long if no one in the company is smart enough to stop microsoft from steeling the dirt out from underneath their feet. Without these staples of their good solid base, they may soon find themselves crashing down if they aren't careful from now on.
