Charizard XL and Pikachu XL
Yes, they are both real and official, as well as (sadly), region-locked.
Charizard is Japan only, Pikachu one has been confirmed for Europe. Charizard is distrubeted via lottery, Pikachu will it European stores on Dec. 7.

There is a new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon that has been announced! Mystery Dungeon Infinity Labryinth (Direct Japanese translation) The game will be on 3DS, and the trailer is a must-see. Finally, a major Graphics update!
