Top 5 most anticipated games: no.4
Here is number 4:
5) Fifa Soccer 09 (PC/Wii)
Release Date: 14 October 2008 (US)

I played almost all Fifa games since Fifa 97 which was released 12 years ago. Plus Im a huge soccer fanatic, so don't wonder for 1 second why would I be pumped up for Fifa 09.you
The game has been already released in Europe and got very positive scores for the Ps3 and 360 versions. But since I own neither consoles I can only try them on PC and Wii.
Last year's PC version of Fifa 08 was...a disappointed I guess mainly because it was literally exactly the same as Fifa 07, not one improvement except for the difficulty (Fifa 08 as WAY harder than Fifa 07...way harder...). But this time EA Sports said that they'll change a lot of gameplay mechanics and improve the visuals greatly. I don't about the gameplay yet but the graphics are defenitely improved.
I have to say that the Wii version of Fifa 09 looks very promising, this because of two aspects. First is the gameplay: EA Sports has implemented the point-and-drag control scheme that Konami used in Pro Evolution 2008, which worked amazingly well and I don't see any reason whatsoever why it wouldn't work as well in Fifa 09 as it did with PES 2008. And for those who find it to be too hard they can use the Clasic controller to play the match just like before and it's still as fun as it should be. The second aspect is the visuals: I found the graphics in Fifa 09 to be surprisingly good, much better than last year Fifa 08's.
I hope all the things I wrote above turn out to be as Im imagining them, because if they do I'm going to get for sure and most probably on Wii.

Top 5 most anticipated games: no.5
I just decided to make a list of my top 5 most anticiapted game that will hopefully be released not so far from now, so games that will be released a year from now or their release date is TBA are not included in the list.
Ok here I go:
5) Tales of Symphonia 2: Dawn on the new World (Wii)
Release date: 11 November 2008

Its prequel was probably one of the best games on the Gamecube and one of the best RPG games around. Its best feature was the combat system which forced you to get involved deeply into the fight. The combat was very interesting and had enough depth for everyone to fully understand it.
Another good aspect of the game was its story, which is very lengthy (40-50 hours) and well-told for everyone to understand without getting stuck in the middle of it.
A noticeable flaw in the first ToS is the quality of the graphics, not so good. Although the graphics presented duting combat are good, the graphics during exploration is a bit of a letdown, to me at least. ToS 2 doesn't seem to improve in this area according to the screans and videos I've seen before.
The sound is actually pretty good here, voice-acting and soundtrakcks are top-notch but the sound-effects are kind of bad during non-combat situations.
Lets hope this game doesn't fall behind its prequel. I have high hopes for this game, I hope they turn out to be correct.

Been playing the best multiplayer PC game for a while...
If you thought its Counter-Strike or Call of duty 4 then you're wrong, it's Unreal tourneament 2004.

I played the first UT and it was a pure blast and I never thought that mid-way could create an improved sequel...but once again I've been proven wrong. Not one single aspect hasnt been improved, the fast-paced gameplay, the single-player, the game modes, the sound and the graphics.
The gameplay has been improved basically in two ways: more amazing guns and power-ups and much much more game modes than before. This way you'll enjoy the game no matter what your tase is; if you enjoy simple killing then you can play deathmatch/team deathmatch and if you want simple tactics u can play onslaught (the best mode) or Capture the Flag and if you want deep startegy than there is 'Assualt' (im not going to explain them all, i dont want to bore you
). So basically mid-way created a game that won't be easily ditched....believe me.
The sound is almost the same in terms of voice acting but if they added
more catch phrases it would've been apprecaited. The soundtracks are also kind of similar but improved in some arenas. From my personal experience, the soundtracks never had this much impaced on the gameplay (except for super smash games).
The graphics have been vastly improved since the first game. They are detailed but at the same time so smooth making them easy on the eye. 9
Gameplay- 9.5
Graphics- 9.5
Sound- 9.0
Value- 10
Lasting Appeal- 10
My final UT2004 score= 9.6
(ps- the graphics of the game look much better than the in the photos above)
