  So long, old friends.

  This place has gone to ****. I seriously feel uncomfortable posting here after what has happened with Jeff. I used to defend gamespot's reviews, glitches, etc. But Now it is almost as if I feel betrayed by the site. I've been coming to gamespot since I was ten years old, and I have been actively posting here for almost 4 years. In my time here I have seen many things happen to the site itself. Reviews, The redisign, Many many Banned posters, unions, And even Staff leaving. But nothing, and I mean nothing has ever been as big and detremental to the site as the fireing of Jeff Gertsmann. The credibility of the site has been compromised, and none of us know how many times advertised games may have received special treatment in reviews due to pressure from the developers. While I am sure that this will be resolved in due time, Gamespot's integrity is down the drain, and I don't think it will be fixed for years. So for now, I am resigning my Officer position at GUFU, and leaving gamespot. I thank the many posters and Staff who have made this a pleasent place to sped my time at over the years. And with that, I am out.

  Remember to donate to charity this year.

  So I write this blog every year, but I just wanted to remind everyone to donate to charity this holiday.

  As of late in this modern day society when we hear things like "Holiday", and "Christmas" we think one thing....Presents. But what about Family? Happiness? Thankfulness? These are words that have been warped over the years. For instance when we hear the word Family we think of our annoying little brothers and sister, or our aunt sue who smells like a dozon cats. When we hear Happiness we think of our HDtvs, Xboxes, and other matirial things, Cause they make us happy right?....right? When our ears catch the word Thankfulness, do we really think of things we are thankful for? Or do we chalk it up to our cellphones, and video games?

  Now imagine you did not have any of thoes things, What are you left with? Your home? Food? Clean clothes?

  Imagine you did not have those either, and ask yourself, does it now really matter if you did not get that new Nintendo wii, or PS3? Does it matter if someone left you a new myspace comment? And most of all, does it matter that your brother and sister are annoying?

  Believe it or not, but there are millions of people without food, shelter, or clothes this holiday. But instead of shoving it off and saying Oh well this holiday, help them out, just remember what it would be like if you were in their position. Wouldn't you want someone to come along and help you? Someone to buy you a new shirt, some pants, and a hot meal.

  There are ways to help the unfortunante this holiday, and instead of spurging 400 bucks for a PS3, or 500 for that new camera phone you wanted since you saw the commerial on your Cable Tv, Donate your money to charity, that way maybe someone can have what we take for granted, if only for a few days.

  This is not to say do not buy things for yourself, and loved ones, but only consider less fortunate families and children.

  Having said this however, I feel very bad this year, as I am not able to donate as much money as I would like. Things have been a little tough on my family lately, and I just do not have the money to donate a hefty donation, along with providing for myself.

  Another useless Blog post.

  Again I fid myself here in the small hours of the morning with nothing to do but either sleep or surf muh interwebs.

  Nothing tooo new in my life lately, classes start October 17th. Bleh. Court on october 24th with my mother to get my possessions back from her. Hearing on november 7th about child support for me (Wtf, im 17...?).

  So, Im now unemployed, which is fun to joke about when you aren't actually unemployed. But whatever, I have school starting on october 17th so it is no biggie for now. My hinderance seems to be on lack of cash for games, And lets face it, if tat is my biggest concern, I am not doing tooo badly. It isn't like I am totally broke, I am going to be able to make all the payments I need to make until may sometime. Collage is paid for, Car is paid for, Computer is being built as I type this.

  SO, That said. I am not really entirely sure what I want to do with my life right now. My previous ambition is being a Forensic scientist. But is that really what I want to do? I have no Idea. I am leaning towards trying to secure a job within the gaming industry, I would love to be a gaming journalist more than anything. I know atleast two people who have recently sucured positions in it and I would love to follow them. But I don't know really.

  My life is blurred to me right now, so many things are happening. And on top of it all, I have a new girlfriend. Her name is vanesa, she is 17, 5'6", brunette, egyption decent. We started talking one day and it just clicked. Hopefully she just takes my mind off of Danielle. I am not looking for anyone long term, but it is nice to have someone to talk to about things sometimes. If any of you can understand.

  Anyway, I better get to bed. Please ascuse my incoherance of thoughts, as it is very late, and I am very tired. Until next time...
