My First KH/Movie Trailer, It's Back + DS Top Ten #4

ok here we go, *CAUTION* the following paragraph contains high moments of pleading and begging....you have been warned....

please please please please please PLEASE watch my newest vid if you havent already, i put a lot of hard work into this and its my first kh vid using a movie trailer....and that movie is....HANCOCK! so please be gentle and please comment your views on it coz it really means a lot to me (btw, the synching very very slightly messed up with due to youtube, but you can picture how its meant to go)

    so here's the link....and ENJOY!! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=S26Q8Gkl6Tc

    Bruce is back!!.....banner.....Bruce Banner.....*silence*.......ok then....

ok back to normal status now and move onto the top ten...

#4 - New Super Mario Bros

    mariocover

There isnt really that much you can say about Mario games.......so yeh thats it, lol....nah im joking, but im serious about that theres not much to say about them, especially the side-scrolling games we've known to grow up with and love (i say love...i actually know someone who hates Mario, go figure).

But thats the whole main reason this is here, coz Mario is proper Mario for first time on the DS, bringing that charm of side-scrolling games we know, but making it feel fresh and updated, and new especially for anyone who hasnt played a mario game before with its 3d-ish looks to mario/luigi and enemies.

Story....you know it. Princess captured by Bowser, not that side-scrollers of mario need stories...

    screen

I really liked the idea of mutiple paths in both the whole world map and in the worlds themselves....of course being able to get to worlds 4 and 7 might of taken a while to figure out (by time i did, i had already finished rest of game)

Bosses seem to be taken a page out of Yoshi's Island's books, not that im bothered, but at least it adds variety to the game, especially when having to do 2 bosses as mini-mini-mario so you can get to the 2 other worlds.

I feel like im just typing to use up the space and make this look longer....so i'll sum it up as best as i can....it's a Mario game back to its old roots, end of.

Lost, Gained, Dissapeared, Love + My DS Top Ten #5

sorry for the long no-show recently, but my Aunt died last week and im still getting over the shock of losing a family member so i hope you can forgive me for that....

so what have i gained? not much really apart from the E3 conference emblem at long last...i think all the persuasion and bribes helped out a lot....wait no i didnt say bribes *eats evidence*

Dissapeared....my banner thats what why it go bye bye? who knows, but im sure it'll pop up again soon, just need to lay down a trail of cookies for it

and finally Love....no not the emotion kind (thats a private matter) im talking about purchasing We Love Golf for the Wii along with Okami, so i'll be spending a bit of time on that for a while....

now onto the top 10 coz thats the real reason you're here reading this:

#5 - The World Is Not Enough

    cover

In all truthness, this would be in the top 3 except for one major factor....i havent owned the game long enough to finish it, lol

But seriously i love this game, and not just coz its made by the same team who done KH: Chain of Memories, but coz it brings a whole different feel than other games on the DS, i know i've mentioned previously in my top 10 about having to look at both screens constantly....but this game stands more true to that statement than ever before, its pure mayhem, I LOVE IT!! lol

And its the battle system as to why i love this game so much, making sure neither of your characters die while defeating the same enemies on both screens, you could leave the top character to do everything with Auto AI, but wheres the fun in that? plus without doing things yourself, you cant build up to do the Duo Techs (i've forgotten the name to that bit as im writing this so shh, lol)

    screen

Using the different pins to do different types of attacks on the bottom screen can also lead to creating endless amount of strategies to find out what works best for you as you level them all up. I would start going on about the story but im not gonna...just for the simple fact that im keeping this as short as possible before i quickly nip out for a meal with family (you understand - see very top), i will ask this tho....for anyone who has actually played this....is there an actual time limit to the missions? coz i swear i did more than the time limit said and i never died, oh well.

So yeh thats my #5 in my list...be back tomorrow for #4, see if you can start guessing what is in my top 4 games on the DS.
