  What have I been up to lately????

  Since the last time I wrote a blog, I have gotten Four new games:Fallout3, Resistance 2, Gears of War 2, and Smackdown vs. Raw 2009. SO here are my thoughts on these games:

  Fallout 3: Since I am a huge RPG fan and a fan of Fallout 1 and Fallout 2, I loved every moment of this game from start to finish. So far I have clocked a good 30 hrs in while playing Fallout 3 and I still have about 150 achievement points to get. I cant wait to see what downloadable content is released.

  Resistance 2: Resistance 2 campaign was great even though I hated the ending (cliff hanger). Online is also very fun play with a wide variety of matches.

  Gears of War 2: Another great campaign. The only thing ruined the Gears of War experience for me is the new match maker. It take forever to get into a match and to find teamates. This is likely to prevent me from playing GoW2 online much. Horde mode is not as good as I thought is was going to be.

  Smackdown vs. Raw 09- I have played almost every WWE game since SNES so I had to pick this up. Same old smackdown but with shinner character models and team team finishers. Some other new things that were added are create a finisher, the and inferno match. It also appears that you will eventually be able to download characters which is a feature I always wanted to see. I was a little dissappointed that the career mode does not have a story with cutscenes but its replacement, road to wrestemania, is pretty good. Too bad it is only limited to about 6 different choices of characters in this mode.

  Well that the end of this update, time to go back and play some more wrestling.

  Weekly Update: Fable 2 has come and gone

  I picked up both midnight club and Fable 2 on the day they came out. While I am still play Fable 2, I hve already traded Midnight club in because I hated it. From or the loose controls to the AI in the game. The coolest part of the game was that it had trophies.

  As for Fable 2, I was a little dissappointed.I was expecting an epic sequel and this just did not live up to what I was expecting. The main story is way too short and there is a big exploit in the game that allow you infinite experience. So far I have been through the game once and I am working on getting the 275 point of achievemnets that I have not gotten. That will not take long so that will be the end of me playing Fable 2 until more content comes out.

  I am really excited this week since my most anicipated game of the year is releasing (Fallout 3). I am picking up both the game and guide on Tuesday. I cant wait. LittleBigPlanet is releasing too so this is going to be a busy week.

  Weekly Update

  This week I have been exploring Stillwater in Saints Row 2 and after about 12 hours I am 50% complete with only one gang to take. So far this game has been really good for the missions to the activities. I should be finishing up the story mode some time this weekend. After I will earn more achievements until next week and write a review.

  Next week I will be picking up LBP, midnight club, and fable 2. Although there is a midnight launch for LBP and Fable 2, i will most likely pick it up on Tuesday after work since I want to pick all three games up at the same time and midnight does not arrive till that afternoon.

  EDITED:

  LBP has been pushed back a week so look like I will have more time with Midnight club and Fable 2.
