  Broken Sword + Red DeAD + Movies

  So the other day i finally finished Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars (directors Cut) for the DS so i thought i would write my thoughts for it. I love the original game and still do it would be one of my fav games of all time, i love point and click games and to see it remade on the ds was awesome and why i picked up a ds just to check out the directors cut. I just love the characters and story of the game and why i love point and click games also i remember first time i played it was on the psone so now onto the directors cut.

  So with this remake they have added New Art to this game on the DS and its looks awesome the art is done by Dave Gibbons who did watchmen and has a cel shaaded look about it and it really makes the game look new which it needed it would have been crap if they just ported the orginal straigh over it was good just to see new stuff in the game but the art is awesome. seeing the face close up is just great plus the make the puzzel with khan easier to do.

  In this remake they have added new areas and puzzel that fit the DS and is just awesome to add in this remake and a new back story to Nico, you find about her father and its very interesting and you have new puzzels that are great with the DS. Also they have a new ending which is great aswell which you see nico and Geroge talking on a certain tower in paris and its just great.

  overall this game is just awesome and when i played it again it just brought memories back when i played it back in the day on the PSONE. everything new & old brought into the game is just awesome i love it Just a brilliant game and still is, i still love my adventure games.

  Also the new Red Dead Redemption Trailer which was leaked online was online but now its gone but it was awesome so looks like the game is coming out April 27th and the trailer had a spaghetti western feel about it which was cool. This game is going to be awesome and i can't wait to play the open world game to see if its like GTA.

  So what movies i am looking forward to for the rest of the year.

  The Lovley Bones - I am not the biggest fan of Peter Jackson's recent movies like lord of the rings & King of Kong but had a good scene in Hot Fuzz. but i love his horror stuff but the trailer for the movie is awesome.

  The Road - i really like the idea around it, i really need to read the book but the actors in this are awesome so i can't wait for it.

  Zombieland - it comes out this week finally and i have heard its great and i love zombies.

  Where the wild things are - also comes out this week and a film i really must see, just look at the trailer.

  Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans - I reckon this film looks crazy and really want to see it for that reason.

  Ninja Assassin - there has been bad reviews but this film looks cool.

  Off to watch some Films - Fanboys, Adventureland, Last Ride, Traitor, The Experiment.

  Games Im excited For 2010 And Films i watched this week

  A Top 10 list of games im excited for in 2010.

  Games Im excited for 2010

  1. Red Dead Redemption – i love my westersn, i loe rockstar games and i loved red dead revolver so this im really excited about.

  2. God Of War 3 – i love god of war (still have to buy the god of war collection) i love kratos he is so badd ass and i can't till i play it.

  3. Heavy Rain – i love a mystery kind of game and something from your straigh up shooting games plus i love these guy who make this game.

  4. Bioshock 2 – i still have to finish the first one but im really excited about the 2nd plus i have been keeping up with the news just keeps sounding awesome and i really don't care about the online.

  5. Final Fantasy 13 – Final Fntasy is a series i love so i am really excited for it after not being a big fan of 12 i really like the character and story looks like they fixed the gameplay aswell.

  6.L.A. Noire – not is much know but i love the eara of the game and concept and the time peroid plus being published by rockstar games has sold me.

  7. Alan Wake – this game really interest me and one of the reasons why i bought a 360, it just looks awesome and i really like the story.

  8. MAG – the only online game im really excited about, it sounds cool and has a cool idea behind and these guys know there shooters.

  9. I Am Alive – this game just sounds awesome and so much fun, i love the idea being trapped after an earthquake looking forward to this game.

  10. Max Payne 3 – i thought the first one was alright but hated them dream scenes but this one is looking more like shottem kill em game plus i like max's new makeover.

  Metions

  Syberia III – hopefully it will come to the ps3 plus i love point and click games and i i have the other ones so this one could be really good on the PS3.

  Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days – i didn't mind the first but did have its problems, but if they fix them this could be a good fun game.

  No More Heroes: paradise – i don't hvae a wii this and mad world have been wanting to play and with NMH now coming to the ps3 im really excited.

  Dead Rising 2 – i love zombie games and i don't mind the first one besides the crappy save system so if they fixed thet im going to be happy but this one looks crazy in a good way.

  ModNation Racers – more i see on this game i get excited what you can make in this game is going to be insane, not a big fan of the racing but the making i am.

  Gran Turismo 5 – this and burnout are the 2 racing series i buy and with no 5 and seeing what they have added im getting excited im not the biggest fan of racing games but with Gt i always find something to love.

  So that is my top 10 with some metions, so what games are you excited for next year.

  

  So bioshock 2 is getting a special edition (like every game that comes out) and i really want this special edition, it comes with some cool stuff that i would want so i really do want it.

  Films i watched this week
  
  The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas - a really Amazing film with heart, with a great ending, a ending i liked as much as The Mist ending. the boy who was the star just a great film
  
  Knowing - A film staring Nicolas Cage in a very interesting role, the movie was alright but the ending was stupid with the aliens but also pretty $crewed up what happens to everyone else besides the children. could have been better but was alright
  
  Seraphim Falls - an alright western that just was missing a great shoot out to make it awesome i really liked the cast and story. the one guy hunting toe other guy down was awesome.
  
  Syriana - really didn't like this movie even with a great cast it has and i really did like damon and clooney, but in the end this movie was just a mess it was all over the place.
  
  Bruno - i really liked borat and i was hoping i would be laughing a lot but this is movie i just ended up going to bad, wasn't a fan of it, it tried to do everything borat just copy him and just didn't like it. it had some moments but then it just went to far.

  Top 14 Tv Shows: Burn Notice and some games

  Burn Notice is a show i watched just because of Bruce campbell it really did take a while for me to really like this show and a couple of rewatches of eps. but the show is about "After fleeing a Nigerian operation blown apart by the sudden and unexplained non-cooperation of his U.S. contact, Westen finds himself in his hometown of Miami, Florida, attended to by his ex-girlfriend, Fiona Glenanne, but abandoned by all his normal intelligence contacts, under continuous surveillance with his personal assets frozen. Extraordinary efforts to reach his U.S. government handler eventually yield only a grudging admission that someone powerful wants him "on ice" in Miami; if he leaves the city he will be hunted down and taken into custody, whereas by staying there he can remain relatively free. Consumed by the desire to find out why he has been burned, and by whom, Westen goes to work as an unlicensed private investigator/spy/ for anyone in town who can pay him any money in order to fund his personal investigation into his own situation as a blacklisted agent. Throughout the series Westen battles and outwits an array of mobsters, soldier of fortunecon artists, contract killers, professional thieves, drug traffickers, sex traffickers, deadbeat dads, arms dealers, kidnappers and war criminals. The series makes frequent use of jury rigging, with the characters improvising devices to do the job of more expensive, harder-to-obtain items." Burn Notice is a great show, with a great cast. The story is awesome and well acted by the actors and Jeffery Donovan who plays the main character michael Western at first wasn't a fan but then he grew on me and he is so cool, this show has some cool stories and the action scenes are awesome but Bruce Campbell is in it so you have to watch it.
  
  Bruce Campbell is the reason i started watching it and he is awesome in this show, he kind of makes show in the way, he bring the comedy and brings his own stgle and bring his own stuff and some great action scene even though he is getting on in age but to me he will always be ASH.
  
  cool action scenes in this show, just some great actioin scenes including shootouts and breaking into places its awesome and every season finale there has been a big explosion which is just awesome to watch.
  
  overall i love this show and should be watched just for Mr. Bruce but he is not the only good thing, this is a good and with a great story and very interesting and the facts about spys. also could cameo's in this show i have noticed really looking forward to more.

  Also been playing some Games first there is GTA: Lost & damned the first dlc from GTA4. finished this today and got to say it was good but not the best. i really liked Johnny as character i have a character like him in a new story im writing abd i really liked the ending. it took me a while to get into it but some things were good some weren't - 7.5/10. Then there is Gay tony which i just started today and so far im liking it better then Lost but not very far into it but i am really liking it.

  

  So i got Assassins creed 2 today the black edition for the Ps3 (but can't play it) but i really can't wait to just looks awesome but got to say the figurine is awesome one of the best i have got with game in the special editions. but it was worth ther extra money.

  So for the year im done buying games in store so time to import games like Left 4 dead 2 becuase we got a edited version also found this game tropico 3 i want to import oh and there is the god of war collection plus wouldn't mind importing the pokemon remake of gold aswell so might have to that but some things have to wait got to start buying christmas presnts.

  upcoming blog: games im excited for next year so im working on that i hope i can post that soon just doing my reasearch on some upcoming games since i bought my major important last game of the year AC2.
