  Crappy Aussie Gaming Laws

  I bet there are hundreds of Australians out there that are annoyed at the state of our current gaming laws, I mean comon our Movie ratings are more leneant (I spelt that wrong) than the Americans, as in Saw in the US = R and here its MA15+ and even snakes on a plane R over there but M here i saw 10 years olds seeing it (albeit they were accompanied by an adult) but our games are practicaly rated the same and yet we don't have an R18+ rating in our games there just outright banned like Manhunt (which was on shelves for something like a month or two) but what I find annoying is that games like Mark Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure (That took some effort to write) is banned, sure now the whole accusations on the GTA series with the whole killing and other events (Don't get me wrong I own all GTA's, awesome games) but when they go about banning a game for graffiting i mean, comon they say its because kids are more likely to go about and graffiti like in Getting Up but not so much inclined to kill as in GTA.
  
  But thats were there arguments just get plain annoying, its all about keeping these games out of the hands of our children, and thats why there is ratings, but because in Australia we have not yet an R rating, and i don't get why, if i'm 18 and want buy an R18+ game i should be able to and yet there are these parents that go about complaining about these games, well thats why there 18+ if you don't want your kids playing don't buy it for them
