Picked up a PSP
WooT!
I decided to get a psp last saturday along with grand theift auto vice city stories. One the down side, the base pack i got doesn't include a memory stick. So I have been playing it without saving. I decided to get one through ebay because a 4gb one costs $200 AUD in stores and 8gb ones don't exist. First i needed a paypal account, then internet access to my bank account and a wait for paypal to register my bank. Finally, after three days (today's tuesday), I went on ebay and found that all the 8gb memory sticks had gone up by $50 (since the psp price drop) and now costs $150 Australian. So I said screw that I'll get the 4gb one that cost me $66. I could have got it cheaper at $50 but then it would have taken a week to ship. The orders been paid and should arrive in two days. O well, when it arrives maybe I'll try to pick up metal gear portable ops.
I also done some minor changes to the games I own, because I actually also own warcraft 3 and frozen throne.
As for my other games, still playing Final Fantasy XII (still playing slow as a turtle), got god of war II for my birth day (havent started playing it, will do after FFXII), and still need to complete Okami (when will i have the time?).
Speaking of time, it is my holidays now! WOOOOOOOOT!

Erm... I should probably put something here
I'm still very much alive. I still come to gamespot everyday. Yet I found myself very lazy. So lazy that I haven't made any blog posts since my second ever blog post. Here's what's been happening: University = hard, gaming, and anime.
Engineering, it's what I study. I made the choice of becoming an electrical and electrical engineer. Ever since then I've never understood a thing. I chose it over software engineering thinking it must be harder being a computer engineer. Looking back at that it was probably a good choice. After all, we all see how those indievelopment guys are now suffering. Poor hobos.
I bought Okami. Then I went and bought Final fantasy 12. Okami is now collecting dust when only half-way finished. I've been playing so much FF12 but I don't think I'm even half way even; I'm so slow. Then again it may be because I got the official walkthrough and am going for a 100% completion on the first go. I don't usually use walkthroughs but this time different. I noticed the few Final Fantasys' games that i've have finished, i never went back to get everything. I do have an original Playstation and have played FF7, FF8, FF9 and borrowed FFX so I know what to expect and how not spoil anything for myself. I'll eventually finish it and Okami then get God of War II and then buy a PS3.
In my second year of university, I joined a anime club. Since then, i've enjoyed watching Intial D. I watching Naruto, Death Note and Bleach at the moment at home. I also recommended watching Hikaru no go. I've noticed that most good anime have a cool intro and those that arent that good if it has a cool intro then I don't mind as much. I've gotten into collecting music from each anime and am listening to them non-stop even right now! So cool. ^____^
Man, I wanted to post this slowly over months. Oh well.

My Bro
I live in Australia. Here the playstation will arrive in March 2007. Now that i have been playing some playstation 2 for a while, and have developed a natural support for the playstation brand. To me dropping $1000 AUS do not seem that bad of a trade off. I thought it would be a 'investment' to my passion of gaming.
Big Bro's thoughts:
INVESTMENT?! The idea of an investment is that you get SOME return GREATER than the initial outlay. I evidently do not value "gaming fun" at a whopping 1000 Australian dollars, however its not my money so who am I to judge. Having said that I do intend to persuade, nay instill, some sense of sanity into my brother while there is still time.
- Bro out. Ps. 1000 dollars...>_>
Ok, ok, enough talk. The facts are that if were to buy a playstation today it would in effect bankrupt me. Then again it will not be here until march.
