This is for something different and hope that some of you find this interesting.

1. Anime - Alot of gamers here on Gamespot seem to big fans of this type of animation or whatever it is exactly, me I really do not like it. I just can't get over what characters look like and there silly facial expressions. I also think that from what I have seen the majority doesn't translate into english that well or well enough from Japanese culture.

2. Wrestling - Prehaps not as popular among some of my fellow users here but there is certainly a fan base, why you guys enjoy this so called sport is beyond me. I just can't get over the half naked steriod stuffed idiots pretending to hit each other, plus I think the games aren't that fun either.

3. MMOs - Now since I have started playing Runescape this is a bit of a contradiction so I will skip this one. Generally however paying for something like an MMO is ridiculous and patches are killer.

4. Drinks - No not booze but Pepsi, Mountain Dew and all that. Now I think out of all of them this is really lame and very sad. Reviewing a new flavour of pepsi?? Need I go on.

5. Games to Movies - I have learnt by now that this is something that film makers will never pull off, latest evidence is Jake Gyllenhaal being cast as the Prince in The Prince of Persia its ridiculous.

6. Comics - Not as popular as the first two I don't think regardless comics don't interest me, now they have just become another medium for screenwriters that can't think of their own material to turn into 100 million dollar budget compilations of garbage (this is often the case, but hollywood has lost so much imagination they need my help!)

7. Get It First!! - This is the most common thing I see on gamespot, people buy games either on release date or on in the first week or whatever. Me I am never in a rush but I understand why people do it.

8. Gears of War - Am I the only one who detested this game?? Whenever someone says something like "ZOMG GEARS IS AMAZING!!!!!" I shake my head and try to convince myself that the person who thinks this game is entitled to their opinion no matter how much I am convinced this game is horrible.

ITS BACK!!! ITS BETTER!!! ITS CHEESY (aussie joke there)!!!! ITS BLOG!!

--I mentioned a few blogs ago that I was going to see Grindhouse at the Astor Theatre in St. Kilda this week, well thats no longer going to happen. I can rent both the films out on DVD for less than the ticket price and to buy them there not that expensive either.

--Instead I am going to see The Dark Night on release date (16 July), which is one of my most anticipated films of this year. Mainly for the fact that is the sequel to the best Batman movie ever.

--This morning I thanked Karma (Yeah I believe in it, if you don't like you can go jump) because something good came my way, more on that shortly.

--That feature I mentioned yesterday is coming tomorrow.

--Some lists (movie related) like I said I was going to do months back, well those 'projects' will be resurrected this week. I plan to cover favourite films, actors, actresses, directors, scores and prehaps some other things like TV shows.

--I have a real craving to start a podcast, seriously. I was thinking about it constantly today of how I would do it and I though about have a myself and someone else as the regulars and then have a guest each episode like how Dennis and Stan do it with Mi Casa Su Casa. Have news regarding new films and industry stuff prehaps, talk about dvds & then reviews. Also do special episodes talking about favourite quotes, scores, actors etc.

Watched the State of Origin decider tonight and excellent is the only way to describe it. Queensland's defence in the second half was unbelieveable, it looked like they were playing to save their lives. Good game by NSW but thats all I am going to say about them. It's also great to see some NRL that is shown at a decent hour down here, its usually at 11 o'clock onwards on the weekends. Still once I move up to Queensland atleast I will be able to see the games alot more, yeah I REALLY dislike AFL (and thats a understatement. Last of Billy Slater should have got man of the match if he didn't although the whole team played suberbly.

The Feature is going to be entitled (or something like) The differences of me and the common gamer. I will disscuss sterotypes, what kinds of games I enjoy and my future of video games. I think it will be an interesting read so look out for it on Friday.

Well I started playing this game right, Ive played it before quite alot actually. I've reviewed it to and didn't think much of it untill now. Enough rubbish the game is: RUNESCAPE!!!

Yeah so I decided to see what had changed since i stopped playing, turns out alot. Theres been so much improvement to this game that I am surprised that they can fit this into a web based game and not suck so much bandwith! I am pretty impressed with it. So much so that I have taken it up again and this time might actually get somewhere with it.

Ok so I am in no way a fan of MMO's but in this case I am making an exception plus since the AUD to USD conversion rate is so good in our favour currently I am going to sign up for a subscription early next month after I get a few more of my skills up past level 20.

So far I am doing pretty well in terms of that goal since I have got 3 skills (out of the 15 available for free to play) in the twenty mark, one of them nearing 30. The kicker is that I have only played for 2 days.

Going to hold off from getting the movies till now, since the one i was going to get was bid on and its price is far to high now.

First off this is a long time coming, that is going to a cinema again. I haven't been to one in ages simply because there have been probably a total of 5 films that would be worth seeing but in the end really couldn't be bothered and didn't want to end up spending money on a movie that I might be dissapointed in.

Anyway I will give you some clues as to what I am reading and whoever is first to get the correct answer gets an official shout out in my next blog!

1. This movie was pretty un-orthodox.

2. It was a homage to past films.

3. Bruce Willis stars in this movie.

4. One of the directors has one an Oscar.

5. A director colaborated on this film, who is by far my most hated film director.

6. BigC43 said that he walked out of the cinema watching this.

7. The DVD's are already out here in Australia and punkhead66 owns both.

8. In the US it was considered a box office faliure but alot of critics praised it.

9. It was rated R in the US but MA15+ here in Australia

10. The film came out in April 2007.

Ok surely thats anough clues for my fellow movie buffs to use. The cinema that I am seeing at I discovered in The Age (a beefy melbourne newspaper) under some entertainment sectoing (oh no another clue) anyway turns out they screen some pretty good films. I think on the sixth of July Open Window and Vertigo are going to be shown, something I wouldn't mind seeing.

They mainly show older films and some that aren't so mainstream. I saw there session calendar and there was maybe one or two films that have come out in the last 10 years. A lot of classics bassically.
