  I need some inspiration, and I need it now.

  28 days of working and the managers weren't impressed with my pacing/performance in speed and directions. I was fired. Completely devastated, I went to youtube to get my mind off it...

  ...and couldn't.

  Then I came across this vid, and I gotta say, it helped me out quite a bit.

  Not impressed with the DSi.

  The Nintendo "DS 2" does not impress me. What is it I don't like about a DS with 2 cameras, music player functionality, a bigger screen and slimmer handheld system, plus better Wi-fi connectivity?

  For starters, a bigger screen is a no brainer. Better Wi-fi is an automatic given too. The two cameras built in and a music player is ok, but it distracts from what a video game handheld system is supposed to be.

  Outside of that, nothing has been mentioned about improved graphics, better speakers, no improvements on touch screen sensitivity, and no innovative features. I don't have a problem with it losing GBA support. After all, we can't have that forever now can we?

  The DSi hasn't made improvements over the DS except for the automatic no brainer things like bigger screen and improved wi-fi. Seriously, who wouldn't have thought of that? But this is THE Nintendo, and it hasn't taken anything further into it.

  A new chapter unfolds.

  I've been through four weeks of college. I gotta say it's been quite good to me so far. I've managed to complete my homework early and still find to have plenty of time on my hands, so much in fact that I actually get bored at times. My grades are way up for the moment and I can go home in between classes for about a good hour or so.

  Some things may and probably will change though, as I have been accepted for two jobs. The job I turned down was Imo's Pizza. I would've been a pizza delivery boy. There were multiple problems however. I would be driving for hours and hours which may likely ruin the car. Imo's would offer me $2.00 for each trip. With gas prices at about $4.00 where I live and still expected to climb, Imo's would be covering only half a gallon of gas. The car I drive gets only 12 miles/gallon. With $2.00 covering 1/2 gallon, the houses would have to be within a 3 mile radius, 3 miles getting there and 3 miles getting back. Anything more and it would come out of my pocket, and Imo's was only offering $4.50/hr, plus dinky little tips you'll be given which would probably just cover the rest of the gas. For obvious reasons I turned it down.

  The job I accepted is Arby's. I completed the paper work and my first day starts Monday. I'll be going through training. Plus rate of pay is above minimum wage at $7.00/hr. I'm only one mile from the college I attend, and Arby's is on the same street and same block from college and traveling is oh so easy to be within two miles from my house, work and college.

  At this point in my life, I would say it's going quite well. I'm really hyped for Guitar Hero World Tour and hopefully Star Wars The Force Unleashed will get some really high reviews, at least for the wii version anyways.
