So I've completed Force Unleashed now. I have to say that it was quite entertaining for what was basically a hack and slash adventure. Very fun to pop stormtroopers with Force lightning and smash up AT-STs and Rancors. However, it was the story which is the crowning glory of this game - a nice explaination of the period between Episodes III and IV and the formation of the Rebel Alliance.
