  fixed all my probs

  and got mercs 2 and im playing mass effect and crysis on high

  so great

  school started but idc its fun being in HS

  Thanks to every1 b4. New problem tho

  i got a copy of xp from my friend who got a new comp with vist so im running this computer now with

  1,124 mb of ram which im going to up soon

  ati radeon HD 3450 512mb video card

  i can run crysis smooth as butter on all medium some high.

  NEW PROBLEM THO

  after installing windows i found i have no sound

  thre are no traces of my sound card or any sound drivers

  i've updated my MOBO bios and everything and still nothin

  it was a onbaord sound card so no software

  i don't know what it was called but my mobo model is as follows

  ASUS A8M2N-LA

  can someone help me get my sound back or find out what my onboard sound card is so i can update the driver

  urgent compooter halp

  Ok my mum bought a new pc last year with windows xp ME and it did not come with the discs to install windows after your formatted the drive. The computer recently crashed and burned and geek squad screwed up during the "fixing" and i'm sure they deleted the partition the setup files were in. i formatted the drive with a nukeing program and installed fedora 8 on the pc. Is there a way i can find the partition if it was not damaged thru fedora? (fedora=linux) and if not is there a way i can copy the windows from mypc to that one since that one is my new pc and is vastly better. OR is there a legal way or *cough* another way i can get windows on that pc and not get destroyed by microsft since i want to play windows games on it.?
