In viewing this gameplay demonstation I think that Killzone could go either way. It could either be a fluid tactical/kinetic shooter, or a terribley generic, bland peice of eye candy. I hope it turns out to be the former, but you can never tell with these type of highly produced and highly expensive games.

Cool demo, and it looks good for something that still has many months of development left.

I'm not impressed, AI looks broken and too much concentration on grafix, but what about the gameplay, had nothing original, in the end this will be a good looking but average shooter, I'd rather play Epic or Bungie FPS shooters, and PS3 doesn't need shooters cos theres loads of those on 360, PS3 needs its own original games that won people to the PS brand. Call of Duty 4 will be better than this as will UT2007. Gurrila have never made a decent FPS game.

no matter how much people say that xbox 360 and PS3 are simliar in power.. Playstation 3 games always tend to look diffrent in colour, effects and gameplay.

    Killzone 2 Features:
    1- Detailed environment.
    2- Sharp graphics.
3- Cinematic experience (without a HUD).
    4- 7.1 surround sound.
    5- Game-play Improved very much.
6- FP Lean & Peak mechanic is very handy and useful.
7- New Engine (Deferred Rendering), lights and objects makes it become a one world.
8- Hit Response System is amazing, simply realistic physics and superior advantage for the player.
    9- Death Animation enhanced.
10- Enemy AI is challenging. Finally looking foreword to fight the mini boss (The Heavy).
