Can i download wow offline if i have the cd?

The Cd will only let you install up to a certain patch. after that you would need to go online and download the rest of the patches. The highest you can get right now is patch 3.0 with the WOTLK disk i believe.

PS: I think you mistyped something because when your offline you can't download anything.
