what about capitan america and the avengers? i liked that arcade game much more than x men. still a classic game though.

too little, too late.... I would like to see the acrade of predator vs aliens, now that was non stop fast action pack
Just downloaded it and played it, it's a pretty hard game but very cool to play coop with 5 other people online.
LOOOOL I like how they threw "Welcome 2 Die" in @ the end. I spent many a quarter on this!
amen! prayers answersed. just like most of you. i'd love to see the simpsons come to consoles to. i think all the big hit, (and even the not so big hits games) should be downloadable or something. alot may be, but not enough. if they port more arcade games i'll buy most of them, even if its a ridiculous price. i can't imagine it breaking the 15~mark but then again...they may know they can milk it. we'll see. @ Gelugon_baat i was thinking the same thing! why on earth does he of all people need a gun. i could see him using like a lightpole or something as a hammer mayeb, but not a gun. oh well. i'll still love to play it. anticipates wasting money on this. and hopes to be able to buy simpsons, TMNT and all the other arcade games. like maybe double dragon. probably cheesy but i blew money on it before. so many they could port or just remake i guess.
The Simpsons would be great! I know it's not an arcade game but I'd like to see a Maximum Carnage port sometime too.

@ deathshead74 Ported to next-gen systems? This game has never been ported at all. There those of us who have been saying for much longer that this needed to be ported to home consoles since the Genesis and SNES. Hopefully The Simpsons Arcade will be not too far behind (because it also was never ported). I have been saying for years, and i'm certain others have too, that this needed to be ported over to the next-gen systems........our wish has come true!!
would've been happier with the simpsons or cadillacs and dinosaurs, but this isn't bad, not bad at all actually, I think Capcom and Konami need to bring all the old arcade games back, I'm sure they would be very successful
Beat this one a couple of times with my buddy - probably dropped more quarters in it than they'll be charging on the PSN. I still have Colossus' scream in my head from when he metals up. Great game, along w TMNT, from those arcade days.
I don't think the youngsters out there know how awesome this game was and still is. I want it.
Actually, a few things have been changed/added despite the agreement with Marvel that that new features/characters could not be added. There are now difficulty settings to select from, the hud displays and menu are different, and the voices had to be redone for some reason.
Please let this not be the disappointment that last year's TMNT Lost in Time remake was. I sank many a quarter into this one back in the arcades. Fond memories.
I remember playing that one... would rather see the AvP arcade though. Personal tastes that is.
As great as it was in its day, I fail to see the appeal of playing this game in its orignal form now. . . If they had updated the graphics and improved on some gameplay elements maybe, but the game is almost 2 decades old and it was hardly ahead of its time back then.
I would like to see more done like the Turtles in Time Re-shelled tat came out. I would definetly pick more old arcade brawlers if they redid them. The Simpsons would be sweet
come on.. another cut+paste job? they could have at least made the graphics clearer cause having 20 sentinels and 6 x-men on the screen didn't exactly make things easier for my eyes to track. Well they made up their minds, and people will buy it. Hope they enjoy it still cause I don't think I could. 18 years later what is it taking out of them to update the graphics and add a few more characters to a 16-bit game?? I mean... come on!!
if it's 400(wich I doubt) I will buy it, if it's 800 I will think about it, if it's 1200 don't count me in
we have been begging for this game for years. Finally its coming, but they could have gave it updated graphics.
First! What a terrible DJ mix; also hurray X-Men! If you wouldn't mind giving it a graphical overhaul I'd appreciate it too.
