I had the most fun with Soldier and Infiltraitor, but neither have biotics.

Vanguard is right up your alley - except it's no Hacker/medic.
You can also try Sentinel and add hacking as a bonus talent, but then you have no weapon training.
As you've already stumbled on, you can't make the exact class you're really looking for. -
Pick a Vanguard and just have medicine or hacking as your bonus talent.

Two amazing classes to try would be an Infiltrator with Lift, or a Vanguard with Electronics.
I'm partial to the Infiltrator since, with pistols and sniper rifles, it has short and long range options, while tech is just nifty to have. Add in Lift to keep enemies that move a whole lot in one spot for a short time, and you have fish in a barrel. -
Biotic/Weapons
Class: Adept
Specialization: Bastion
Bonus Talent: Assault Rifles
Assault Rifles: 9
Barrier: 12
Adept/Bastion: 12
Basic Armor: 3
Lift: 12
Singularity: 12
Spectre Training: 6
Stasis: 12
Throw: 12
Warp: 12
With biotics such as Stasis Mastery, Singularity, and Lift this is the ultimate in crowd control. Warp combined with the DPS of Assault Rifles probably makes you the most efficient killer. Ideal teammates are Ashley/Wrex and Garrus. Barrier Mastery along with Medical Exoskeletons VIII allows Barrier to be recast every time it runs out.
Hacker/Medic
Class: Engineer
Specialization: Medic
Bonus Talent: Barrier
Barrier: 12
Damping: 12
Decryption: 9
Electronics: 9
First Aid: 5
Hacking: 12
Engineer/Medic: 12
Medicine: 12
Pistols: 12
Spectre Training: 7
This is the ultimate support character. Your tech mines keeps enemies de-buffed while your tanks deal out damage. Neural Shock is extremely useful if you ever have a krogan charging you. The quick recharge time of First Aid allows you to easily keep your team alive as a long as you have Medi-Gel. Barrier along with Medical Exoskeletons VIII keep your squishy self protected. Ideal teammates are Ashley and Wrex. -
Vanguard with Singularity as a bonus talent. It's fun to see your enemies flying around.
