Don't have a problem with the game or the controller but spending possible 300 on a console that will leave me uninterested after Zombi U is a concern.

Navigate your way around the nursery in this gameplay video for ZombiU.
I think it looks pretty good actually! My only two comments would be as someone else mentioned, I hope they aren't getting into the "add U on the end of game titles because ifs for the WiiU!" and I also feel the screen on the controller is a waste of time and they realise it now but try and implement the features in somehow. Like the touchscreen on the PSVita. Yeah it sounds cool in concept but in reality it doesn't work. Why have the map down on your controller, if you have to look at the screen to see where you are going its awkward to have to keep looking down at the crotch screen to check the map. And it's been given the task as the inventory screen whilst there is an animation of him fiddling with his bag. We all knew that controller was a waste of time!
idk why ppl are†complaining the game looks high end and for one of the†launch games for Wii U it looks better then most ps3/360 games so i guess haters will hate
I really hope this isnt the start of another terrible game portfolio on a nintendo console. This is getting out of hand. The fact that the game ends in 'U' puts me off it.
No, doesn't look that promising at all. Sub-par graphics, and for a console like the Wii U, not seeing an animation of your hand reaching for a door knob to open the door, or seeing a kick to the door, or seeing your hand pick up a shotgun...all such things are completely jarring and break the immersion for a console like the Wii U...and even on PC games today for that matter. I'm not even sure that this game would sell as well as Dead Island did, and Dead Island was very disappointing in its own record.
Nice gameplay of most of the nursery, good ending with the player being pulled from the vent, and bitten, the only thing that bothers me is that you seem to have unlimited lives,
I would rather a realism type mode where if your bit, you would slowly change, or just bite outright, but to die outright and move onto another player, seems kinda pointless yeah you loose your gear when you die, but other than that there's no downside to dieing...†
It's safe to say that I will not be playing this because I will spend all my money on clean underpants.†
@hystavito well ds owners will know that a second-screen is not as annoying as it seems. no one's asking you to go up and down all the time, after all. only during inventory checks, maps, etc. :D
I keep thinking it's gonna be annoying to have to look at the tablet, then the screen, back to the tablet.
finally someone that can go back into horror survival.. this clip and the preview one shows that bullets are not just drop at you like candy in a park (at least it look that way)... and nice atm. this will the reaon i get a wiiu... assuming it delivers what it seems to promisee so ar
Zombies just like to hide in lockers, cabinets, wardrobes, armoires and trunks, don't they? Zombie tropes, *tsk*.
At last a creepy zombie game! I'm so glad they focused on the intense atmosphere and making it as creepy as possible. I've been waiting for this since Resident Evil 4 since Capcom stopped making horror games and focused on action!.
